If, however, you encounter a problem with your purchase, Tennessee Alarm Store provides a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee for all of our products and services (excluding special order items). Restocking Fee

No restocking fee will be charged if:

(1) The items are returned within 30 days of receipt of item(s),

(2) The items are returned in perfect condition,

(3) The Items must be returned in their original packaging,

(4) The items meet Tennessee Alarm Store return policy and conditions. If return is received after 30 days of receipt of item(s), you will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. All shipping charges accrued from the Tennessee Alarm Store are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Return Shipping Instructions

Return the merchandise to us within 30 days of your original receipt of the order.
Shipping discrepancies must be reported within 15 days of delivery.
You MUST call Technical Support at 1-423-562-1927 Monday-Friday 7:00 AM EST to 6:00 PM EST for RMA number.
The products must be returned in new, re-sellable condition:
Include all original packaging materials.
All manuals and warranty registration cards must be unmarked.
Any programming MUST be reset back to factory default.
Carefully repackage and double-box the merchandise with the RMA number clearly displayed on the outside of the shipping box.
Please do not place any stickers or shipping labels on the manufacturer's original package, as it will not be accepted for refund.

We recommend your return shipment to be insured and shipped with a tracking number.
Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns that do not meet all of the above stated conditions will be returned to the customer at their expense.

Refund Process

We will issue a credit to your charge account (less the accrued shipping charges) upon receipt of your returned merchandise if it is in good order and in accordance with the full policy listed above, as well as returned within 30 days of original delivery. You may elect to receive store credit towards another purchase at Tennessee Alarm Store, or simply receive a refund.

Refunds for returned item(s) will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of your purchase. If payment was made by credit card, check, or Debit card, please allow 5-10 business days for credit to be processed after receipt of return. When refund has been processed, please allow 7-10 business days for a credit to appear on your credit card statement. If payment was made by check, the refund check will be issued after 20 days from the date of purchase.

Limited Return Policy

Batteries, transformers, wire and opened or used computer software cannot be returned. Furthermore, clearance items are sold as is and cannot be returned or exchanged for another product unless found immediately defective. If the product is defective upon receipt, the customer may elect to receive store credit from Tennessee Alarm Store.
