This in mind, we cannot guarantee that the images shown in our website match the actual product, its package, and its contents. The Tennessee Alarm Store strives to provide as much information to the customer as possible, but it is the customer’s responsibility to inquire about any information not displayed on the website, relating to the product, its contents, uses, and features before purchasing. 13. Order Verification

Some orders are subject to Tennessee Alarm Store's order verification process. While this may result in a slight delay of your order, this procedure is for your protection against credit card fraud. We may ask you to verify that you are the card owner and/or that the billing and shipping information provided on your order is legitimate. In rare instances, this process may result in modest delays in order processing. Because this verification process involves the generation of a verification request and a response from you, the length of delay, if any, is often dependent on you, the customer. Your cooperation in completing this process is an important part of the speed in which your order is completed. If your order requires going through the order verification process, we will advise you by phone or e-mail. For this reason it is important that you provide us with your day and home telephone number when ordering, and that you keep your information current.

Please note that when asked to enter your billing information during the check-out process, you must enter your “billing address", which means the address where you receive your monthly statements from your bank institution. The billing address you provide must agree and match the address that the card-issuing bank has on file.
In some instances we might require that your order be shipped to the confirmed billing address. This is to protect the card owner as well as the retailer.

Note: Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell.
